Parenthood- More than a Show

Parenthood.

One of the most difficult challenges of adulthood.  NBC decided to tackle all of these challenges in a show entitled Parenthood.

I don't know if many of you watch this sentimental show, but it has captured my heart and quickly became my favorite TV show.  For some shows, I don't pay attention completely, often multitasking, but for Parenthood I can't miss a minute, I have to see everything that has just happened.

So what's behind this fantastic show?

Parenthood is one of the most realistic shows I have ever seen.  It has an all-star cast that you instantly fall in love. NBC tackles the hardships of Parenthood and the struggles of life.

The atmosphere that NBC created is phenomenal.  The aura of the show is heartwarming, even though I end up crying every episode.

Parenthood tackles the real dramas of being a parent.  It addresses affairs, autism, being a single parent, finding out you have a son after five years of his life, and other family drama.  NBC has truly created one of its greatest shows.  Don't believe me?  Check out some of its intensity on Tuesday nights at 10/9c, if you aren't watching the Game.

Even though Parenthood is still in its beginning stages, only in its second season, it is already a very accomplished show begging to be seen by anyone interested in having kids or parents.  I might not be the show's target audience, but I'm one of its biggest fans.

The cast and writers from NBC put together a show worthy of any award.  Although I might not make a completely persuasive argument, just watch an episode, because no book should be judged by its cover.
