The Dilemma- Not So Funny?

We've all seen the trailers for the overly-promoted movie The Dilemma.  With an all-star cast of Vince Vaughn, Kevin James, Jennifer Connelly, Winona Ryder, Channing Tatum, and Queen Latifah, this movie is bound to be amazing.


The previews depict a querky, upbeat movie about a wife cheating on her husband.  But, critics aren't raving about this movie.


The Dilemma isn't an upbeat movie, but rather more serious with occasional humor.


After the shock of that, critics say that you don't sympathize with Kevin James at all, because he's depicted as more of a douchebag.  Although I've been dying to see this movie from day one, critics are seeming a little harsh.

1. Drake


This newbie has scored big.  His first single, Forever, burned up the charts, and Drake rocketed to fame.  So let's look back at his life before the limelight.

Aubrey Drake Graham, born October 24, 1986, makes Drake one of the younger rappers.  The Canadian had a decent acting career, appearing in commercials and finally scoring a role in Degrassi.  Infamous as the injured boy in a wheel chair, Drake went on to record an album, Thank Me Later.  Not anticipating his success, Drake quickly sky rocketed and stole the hearts of thousands of girls.  Drake has a smooth voice, often breaking into song in the middle of each rap.  Although he's made a name for himself, starring in the documentary about himself, Better Than Good Enough, and becoming the face of Sprite, Drake's voice can easily be mistaken for Lil Wayne.

Zodiac Sign Changes?

I'm sure everyone has heard about the new Zodiac signs!!  It's all the rave on Twitter.


Well, there's no official ruling in the world; it's sort of a matter of opinion.  Many people have loyalty to their signs they were born with.  I'm loyal to being a Gemini.  So, should I make the shift to Taurus or not?

Michael Lohan released a song about Lindsay.  Am i the only one that thought of vag when he said garden? I know, get my mind out of the gutter. . . Really?  I didn't realize we were at the point were we're encouraging psycho dads to sing?

Obviously, everyone has their doubts.  Mean Girls was one of the funniest movies of our generation, with an amazing cast, but Mean Girls 2's cast?  Almost all of the actors are from Disney.


But maybe there's more? 

Parenthood- More than a Show

Parenthood.


One of the most difficult challenges of adulthood.  NBC decided to tackle all of these challenges in a show entitled Parenthood.


I don't know if many of you watch this sentimental show, but it has captured my heart and quickly became my favorite TV show.  For some shows, I don't pay attention completely, often multitasking, but for Parenthood I can't miss a minute, I have to see everything that has just happened.


So what's behind this fantastic show?

Normally I'm not a fan of Justin Bieber, but have you seen his new Vanity Fair cover?  Can't say he looks half bad, in fact, the little 16 year old looks pretty hot.  But this is a VERY controversial cover!! Many of Vanity Fair's dedicated fans aren't happy about a celeb on the cover; they want fashion icons.  But who blames them?  It's a fashion magazine; they have their rights.  But so do Justin Bieber's fans, and there's no doubt Vanity Fair's sales are going to peek this issue.  After all, having the biggest teen icon, currently with the most female fans on your cover will definitely boost sales.  So did Vanity Fair want Justin Bieber for his fashion or his fan base?  You decide.
